Zack's foundation is fine dining, but household cooking isn't about showing off. He follows the seasons and draws on Mediterranean and international cooking to make meals that feel right for your family. He learns what you enjoy, then introduces new ingredients and dishes gradually, without making dinner feel unfamiliar.

Dietary needs shouldn't mean someone gets a lesser version of dinner. Whenever possible, everyone at the table eats the same meal, including kosher, gluten-free and plant-based diets.

What Chef Zack takes Care of
